In order to make the college safety prevention and comprehensive management work really put into practice, combined with the college's reality, this system is formulated.

Ⅰ. fire safety system

1. Open fire and smoking are prohibited in the college building.

2. Experimental chemical agents or reagents shall be purchased in batches according to the needs of teaching and scientific research, and shall be stored in cabinets and compartments in strict accordance with their fire risk classification.

All laboratory personnel shall not take off their posts or operate against the rules while conducting experiments. Safety protection measures should be taken when high and mild open flame appliances such as induction cooker and alcohol lamp must be used in teaching and research activities; It should be operated in a standard way. During the experiment, no drops, leaks or spills of ethanol and other flammable and flammable liquids should be seen. No flammable and explosive chemicals and other flammable and combustible articles should be placed on or near the experiment platform. The reagent stored in the laboratory should not exceed the experimental dosage of the same day. It is strictly prohibited to store dangerous chemicals in the laboratory for a long time.

3. It is strictly prohibited to pull the circuit in the classroom and laboratory. If necessary for teaching and scientific research activities, an application shall be submitted to the competent leader (department) of the college, and it shall be installed by electrical professionals after approval by the competent leader. All departments should check the status of water and electricity switch before going off work, and turn off the valve of power supply and water source, close doors and Windows when all the staff leave the room, and lock the door leading to the corridor of the room.

4. All teachers and students should keep the safe evacuation passageway and exit unblocked, and no one should block the evacuation passageway, exit and exit without authorization. All teachers and students have the obligation to keep fire control facilities and fire fighting equipment in good condition, and no one is allowed to damage fire fighting facilities and fire fighting equipment. Each laboratory should properly keep the fire fighting equipment and keep it in good working condition.

5. Fire safety management personnel should check fire safety work frequently, eliminate fire hazards in time when they find them, report big hidden dangers that cannot be eliminated on the spot in time, and put forward corrective measures or suggestions according to the hidden places or places.

Fire control safety management personnel should organize regular inspection and inspection of all fire fighting equipment and fire fighting facilities, and report timely to repair any damage found.

Ⅱ. Anti-theft system

1. Strengthen the management of gatekeepers and strictly implement the gatekeepers system. Strictly implement the on-duty system on holidays and make clear the responsibility system for on-duty personnel.

2. Strengthen patrol and inspection. All offices, laboratories and classrooms should close the doors and Windows and lock the door after work. Key laboratories shall be equipped and installed with security doors and Windows.

3. Cooperate with the campus management office to carry out daily security inspection. Organize teachers and students to carry out anti-theft and safety education regularly.

Ⅲ. Safety system of key parts

1. Each laboratory shall designate a responsible person for the experimental instruments and equipment, implement the system of keeping the instruments and equipment by special persons, be responsible for the daily management and regular maintenance of the instruments and equipment, establish nameplates and files of the instruments and equipment, and manage them according to different categories.

2. All kinds of instruments and equipment shall be kept clean and in good condition, and shall be used in a standard manner. Unauthorized disassembly of any instruments and equipment is strictly prohibited. For the integral instrument or equipment, the main equipment and its accessories shall not be moved arbitrarily, and the main equipment and its accessories or accessories shall not be broken up without authorization. After the use of the instruments and equipment, it shall be returned in a timely manner. The management personnel shall check and verify the good condition of the instruments and equipment, and register the use of the instruments and equipment. After confirmation by both parties, the instrument and equipment shall be signed and filed.

All instruments and equipment should be placed (stored) in strict accordance with the factory pendulum (stored) release requirements, strengthen anti-theft, no damage. Equipment and instruments that are not used for a long time or in the near future should be stored in designated locations and protective measures such as dustproof and moisture-proof should be strengthened.

3. If the instrument or equipment is damaged or lost, the person responsible for the equipment shall fill in the report, and the director of the teaching and research Office or the person in charge of the equipment shall find out the reason, and put forward suggestions on handling according to the investigation results. Those involved in serious accidents shall timely report the situation to the superior.

4. The laboratory shall strictly implement the management system related to the use of water source and power source, strengthen the daily safety inspection, and implement the system of cutting off power, closing Windows and locking doors.

Ⅳ. Routine duty system

1, the staff on duty shall comply with the school of the school rules, stick to their own jobs, conscientious, can not absent without leave, off duty, duty, reason cannot arrive must leave formalities by the regulation, without the approval of the leave or not leave without authorization, both with absenteeism, and shall be responsible for the resulting accident.

2. During the duty period, pay attention to fire prevention and theft prevention, report fire and other safety hazards and propose rectification opinions in time. Discover suspicious personnel, want to question clear, if encounter pilferage behavior, want tactful and brave, cooperate guard personnel or police to catch thief. Strict discipline during working hours, not doing anything unrelated to work or affecting others.

3. The leadership shall strictly implement the post inspection system and timely grasp the daily on-duty situation. We will actively and properly handle all kinds of emergencies, avoid serious criminal cases and vicious incidents due to dereliction of duty, and ensure the public security and campus stability of our hospital.

Ⅴ. the holiday duty system

1. Strict shift record system.

2. The personnel on duty should strengthen patrol, especially the key parts should observe whether the doors and Windows are closed in good condition. Pay attention to fire prevention, theft prevention, waterproof leakage and personal safety. Report the hidden danger of fire to the public in time and report the serious accident to the public in time.

3. The personnel on duty shall stick to their posts and shall not leave their posts without permission. Those who leave their posts without leave and cause serious consequences shall be investigated for their responsibilities according to the seriousness of the circumstances.
