I. Category of receiving and pushing free students

1. Excellent fresh graduates are recommended to apply for postgraduate degree without examination (including postgraduate education support groups and postgraduate education teacher training programs in rural schools, hereinafter referred to as "postgraduate admission without examination").

2. Outstanding fresh graduates shall directly study for doctoral degree (hereinafter referred to as "direct Doctoral students").

Ii. Subject (major)

1. Postgraduate admission exemption: All disciplines (majors) that are eligible for admission of fresh undergraduate students according to regulations can be accepted for admission of postgraduate admission from colleges and universities across the country. 2. Direct Doctoral students: Please refer to the "Henan University 2021 Catalogue of Direct Doctoral Students" (Annex 1) for the information of the disciplines (majors), research directions and tutors that are enrolled by our university.

3. All the students admitted by our school in 2021 (including those with direct doctoral degrees) are full-time postgraduate students.

Three, receive push free condition

1. Uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good ideological and moral quality, abide by laws and regulations, and be physically and mentally healthy;

2. Excellent fresh graduates with the qualification of exam-free postgraduate.

3. Diligent study, assiduously study, excellent academic performance, strong interest in academic research, strong innovation consciousness, innovation ability and professional ability, foreign language level should be above CET-4 (no less than 425 points);

4. Be honest and trustworthy, have a good academic style, and have no records of cheating in exams, plagiarizing others' academic achievements, or being punished for violating laws and disciplines.

5. For direct doctoral students, the application category is non-directed employment doctoral students. For direct doctoral students, they are not eligible for admission.

4. Application procedures for applying for admission exemption

1. Obtained the qualification of exam-free postgraduate recommended by the school;

2. Registration: log in "national recommend excellent fresh graduate an exemption to graduate school of information disclosure and management service system" (http://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm, referred to as "no service"), fill in the relevant basic information;

3. Online registration: choose the type of admission exemption (master's admission exemption or direct doctoral admission), fill in the relevant discipline (major) of our school, and pay the fee online;

4. After our school passes the examination, we will send a notice to the applicant for the second interview, and the applicant agrees to the second interview through the promotion and exemption service system;

5. The applicant shall check the website of each enrollment and training unit of our school or inquire by telephone about the time and place of the second interview of each enrollment and training unit, and attend the second interview in our school according to the prescribed time.

Five, the second interview

1. The re-examination of students who are exempted from admission (including direct students) will be held from October 12 to 22, 2020. The specific time shall be determined by each enrollment and training unit by itself, and each enrollment and training unit may organize the re-examination for several times according to work needs;

2.
