1. Qualification of course:
(1) Teachers who undertake the task of theoretical courses must obtain the teacher qualification certificate of colleges and universities;
(2) New teachers or teachers transferred to teaching posts must obtain a doctor's degree (educational requirements can be relaxed for talents in shortage of special majors), and obtain a college teacher qualification certificate within one year after work.
If the teacher undertakes the theoretical teaching, he/she must obtain a doctor's degree.
Under the conditions of teachers before starting classes through the school organization of pre-job centralized training, and complete the school of Pharmacy young teachers teaching ability enhancement plan; The teaching plan and teaching preparation shall be reviewed by the teaching and research office, and the trial teaching shall be carried out. Only after the examination and approval of the director of the teaching and research Office, the undergraduate teaching steering committee and the dean of teaching can the teaching work be arranged.
2. After teaching inspection, teachers who have teaching accidents or other relevant events affecting the teaching order and teachers whose teaching effect is not good as reported by students and peer teachers shall be corrected within a time limit, and measures such as suspension of classes or removal from teaching posts shall be taken according to relevant regulations of the school. General teaching accident suspension of not less than half a year, serious teaching accident suspension of not less than 1 year.
Before teachers return to their teaching posts after class suspension, they shall first submit to the Undergraduate Teaching Steering Committee, directors of each teaching and research office, and the Party and government joint meeting to vote on whether they have the qualification to resume classes. Such as the vote through (2/3 votes through), by the teaching and research office director to review the teaching plan and teaching preparation, and carry out the trial teaching work, and then by the teaching and research office director, undergraduate teaching guidance committee, the dean of teaching examination and confirmation through, can arrange teaching work.
3. According to the Guidance opinions on the Handling of Teachers' Moral Misconduct in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, if any teacher violates teachers' moral behavior, it shall be submitted to the Party and government joint meeting after discussion by the Undergraduate Teaching Guidance Committee, and all teachers shall be transferred from the teaching post after verification, and the one-vote veto system shall be implemented.
4. Matters not mentioned in these Measures shall be implemented in accordance with the Classroom Teaching Standards of Henan University and the Interim Provisions on The Identification and Handling of Teaching Accidents in Henan University issued by the state and the university.
5. The educational Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
6. These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
