1. Obtain a doctoral degree in a world-renowned high-level university, or have more than 3 years (including 3 years) post-doctoral research experience in a world-renowned high-level university (famous research institution), and achieve excellent scientific research results;

Annual salary: RMB 200,000;To provide 600,000 yuan for research start-up funds;During the employment period, the school will provide about 100 square meters of housing for them to rent or buy through fund-raising;Provide a one-time cost of 150,000 yuan;Arrange spouse's work, assist children's primary and middle school enrollment and kindergarten enrollment.

He/she should be no more than 50 years old when he/she applies for the title (excellent personnel who have returned from overseas study, the title conditions can be loosened appropriately). He/she should publish more than 5 high-level papers on the authoritative academic journals of this profession, and take charge of the above projects of national Natural Science Foundation of China.
