In order to promote the construction of pharmacy discipline in our school and the development of zhongyuan pharmacy, on November 16th solstice 18th, the zhongyuan pharmacy international forum sponsored by the Chinese pharmacology society, henan pharmacology society and henan pharmacology society and undertaken by henan university was successfully held in zhongzhou international hotel. Nearly 300 pharmaceutical experts, scholars and student representatives from South Korea, Australia and 14 provinces and cities across the country attended the conference. Sun Junjian, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice president of our university, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Leaders of departments of discipline Construction, Personnel Department, Research Institute of Science and Technology, Graduate School and other relevant functional departments, leaders of key Laboratory of Natural Medicine and Immunology Engineering, leaders of medical college and Pharmaceutical College attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Miao Chen, executive vice president of the Graduate School.
On behalf of the university, Sun Junjian expressed his warm congratulations on the successful opening of the forum and extended a warm welcome to all the leaders, guests, foreign experts and scholars coming from afar and international friends. He pointed out that this forum is a good platform for Henan University to learn and improve, and also a good opportunity for experts to give the university direct guidance and help. The school will also take this opportunity to attract insights, gather academic resources, and recruit academic talents, so as to promote the continuous new achievements of the pharmacy discipline of our school, and jointly contribute wisdom and strength to the implementation of the healthy Central Plains and healthy China strategy.
Liu Changxiao, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and honorary president of College of Pharmacy of Henan University, said in his speech that the central Plains has obvious geographical advantages and unique advantages in developing the big health industry. Pharmacy of Henan University started earlier in the Central Plains and has fine tradition and distinct characteristics. In recent years, the school of Pharmacy in talent training, scientific research and social services and other aspects have made gratifying achievements, become the central Plains of pharmaceutical theoretical research and medical personnel training important highland. Facing the opportunity and challenge of "double first-class" construction of the university, it is a great responsibility and historical mission for us to build a high-level pharmacy discipline. We hope that this forum will further promote the conformant development of pharmacy discipline in Henan University.
On behalf of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, Prof. Du Guanhua, academician of The International Eurasian Academy of Sciences and vice President of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, congratulated on the successful opening of the forum and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the organizer henan University. He said that the convening of this forum is not only the inheritance and development of the pharmaceutical industry in Central Plains, but also reflects the attitude of Henan Pharmaceutical Society, Henan Pharmacology Society and Henan University to take the initiative to communicate with their academic counterparts at home and abroad.
