Article 2 The general outline of course teaching is closely centered on the objectives and requirements of personnel training, fully embodies the new achievements of discipline development and teaching reform, strengthens the teaching of basic knowledge, basic theories and basic skills, and highlights the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and creative ability as well as the improvement of their comprehensive quality.
Article 3 The compilation of curriculum syllabus shall follow the following principles:
(I) Personnel training plans and training objectives should be unified. The teaching outline accurately carries out the educational thought reflected in the professional training plan, embodies the requirement of optimizing the course system, rationally designs the teaching purpose and content of the course, and clarifies the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills that students must master.
(2) The unity of scientific nature and advanced nature. The contents listed in the syllabus must conform to the objective laws and be scientifically verified to be correct. They must reflect the latest achievements of the discipline development and the teaching reform in a timely manner and have a certain foresight.
(3) Combining systematicness with adaptability. The revision of the syllabus should be based on the internal logic and discipline system of the major, subject to the overall requirements of the course structure and teaching plan, and set the content with moderate difficulty according to the characteristics of the major, teaching needs, students' basic status and acceptance level, so as to enhance students' desire for knowledge.
(4) The unification of theory teaching and ability cultivation. The syllabus should highlight the basic concept, content and theory of the course, rationally allocate the proportion of credit hours between practical teaching and theoretical teaching, in-class teaching and extra-curricular teaching, and put students' ability cultivation into practice.
Article 4 The basic content of curriculum syllabus includes curriculum introduction, curriculum objectives and tasks, basic requirements of teaching, teaching content and requirements, extracurricular exercises and curriculum discussion, teaching methods and means, class hours allocation in teaching links, assessment methods and grade composition, recommended teaching materials and teaching reference books, etc.
Article 5 The curriculum syllabus shall be compiled according to different types of courses, which shall be divided into theoretical courses, experimental courses and practical practical courses.
Article 6 The curriculum syllabus shall be compiled strictly in accordance with the curriculum set up in the talent training program. The curriculum listed in the talent training program shall be compiled in accordance with the prescribed curriculum syllabus. The curriculum with the same curriculum number shall be compiled in a unified syllabus. In principle, the curriculum syllabus is made and revised simultaneously with the new talent training program.
Article 7 Compilation and review of curriculum syllabus.
(1) The college (Ministry) shall organize teachers to compile the curriculum syllabus for the courses listed in the talent training program, and submit the curriculum syllabus for new courses when submitting the course application.
(2) The school (Department) shall organize relevant experts to conduct argumentation and review of the course syllabus. After the argumentation is passed, the final draft shall be formed, and the implementation shall be carried out only after the examination is passed by the leaders in charge of the school (Department).
(3) After the examination and approval of the teaching outline, the college (ministry) shall compile and print the bound copy of the teaching outline in different specialties and submit it to the office of Academic Affairs of the school for the record.
Article 8 Administration of curriculum syllabus.
(1) The syllabus of the course shall be kept by the College (Department). Teachers should study and master the syllabus of the taught courses carefully before organizing the course teaching;
(2) Teachers shall organize teaching in accordance with the requirements of the course syllabus, and shall not cut the course contents at will. The examination contents shall cover the main contents of the course syllabus and meet the basic requirements of the course syllabus;
(3) During the implementation of the curriculum syllabus, teachers can make appropriate adjustments to the curriculum syllabus according to the needs of the development and changes of the discipline and specialty. In principle, the teacher shall submit an application, which can be implemented only after the school (department) approves it.
Article 9 The Office of Academic Affairs shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures and shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
